This company uses a LOT of digital materials, which means you don’t have to do much planning. But for properly-trained tutors, who enjoy planning and feedback, this is not really the place for you.
They are all about using AI in the classrooms, and they don’t have much respect for proper pedagogy and integrity-based teaching.
Most of what they are pushing doesn’t hold up under scrutiny, and is not backed by research.
We had a Training about using AI in the classroom.
At the end, most of us agreed that AI had quite a limited range in terms of creating lessons for us.
A week later, those people had they salaries reduced!
They also like to buy smaller/competitor language schools/companies, and then DESTROY them. They have done it to 3 schools aready, that i know of.
The teachers at those companies were let go/had their salaries reduced, so everyone was the same across the board.
During these Takeovers, they told lots of lies to people, and didn’t really seem to know what they were doing.
Incompetence in Middle Management, and all about the bottom line, basically.
