Vivaling is based in Singapore and they teach English, Mandarin, Spanish, French and German to children around the world. They hire native and non-native English speaking teachers with 2 years experience working with children and a certificate or degree in teaching languages.
The pay scale works like this… Coaches start with a base salary of $20 or $21 an hour (depending on how they performed in their training). The pay then gets reviewed every 6 months and can increase by $1/$2 each time. The top pay is $26 an hour. There are various paid opportunities to get involved in such as other non-teaching roles like training, mentoring, recruitment and content development.
Vivaling does not charge coaches for training and any teaching given during the training period is paid time. Vivaling coaches mostly work with kids, though there are now many adult learners too.

I have read on many websites that the payment starts from 20$/h but no one has ever talked about the number of hours one usually has classes everyday.
May I ask, in general, how many classes does a typical teacher has on Vivaling? How many hours a week do teachers usually teach every day/wee/month?
I know it totally depends on your free slots you have opened for students to be booked, your performance, and how the students like you, however, I am talking about "usual" working hours a teacher has on Vivaling.

I have been working for Vivaling for about two years and I LOVE IT. Not only do we have incredible students, the support team is also fabulous. It has given me the flexibility to decide when and where I want to work. The pay rate is above average compared to many companies out there and let's face it, we get paid to meet wonderful people and teach them at the same time. I have never looked back and am extremely grateful for this amazing job.

I have been with for almost a year now and I love every moment! I enjoy the freedom to develop lessons that will enthuse the students. Vivaling has a strong focus on learning through gamification - so it ensures that the students have fun and at times do not even realize that they are learning. The pay is very good in comparison to other online companies and there is constant opportunity to improve your income. I also enjoy that Vivaling provides expected skills to master, however, the time frame is up to the student and their pace of learning. You can truly help a student master a skill.

I love Vivaling because the students are fantastic, the pay is great, there is a great support system (including curriculum) and overall it's just a great company to work for. I've been asked to do additional projects too which is extra nice. I work for several other companies but vivaling is by far my favorite and I hope to make it my full time gig very soon.
