They are looking for native speakers from the US and Canada, as well as highly fluent Filipino teachers. They want teachers with a degree and a TEFL certificate but they are not mandatory. Scheduling is flexible and native teachers typically earn between $14.50 and $24 USD per hour with bonuses, but pay is lower for Filipino teachers.
