Interview process too long, salary OK but never on time, bad communication between managers and not enough organisation, and the worst thing of them all… don’t expect your schedule to ever get full even though they guarantee it after getting 100% full after a month. It’ll never happen.

There are simply way better companies to work for.

This company is called SPICUS. They pay $2.50 per 10 minutes. It used to be better in 2021 and due to either less students or too many teachers, you won’t get many students unless you have a fix schedule (Mon-Wed-Fri and/or Tue-Thru). They are 4 hours each but you can choose how many (they have to be the same each day). The students are great, except for a very few, and the TA are mostly helpful.

I recently was hired by them and after lengthy and confusing training I was given lessons. They were to adult business Korean men and no instruction on how to teach the lesson was given. The feedback required after each lesson took longer than a 10 minute lesson. It would work out that if you taught for 4 hours you would need at least 3 hours to complete the feedback. The platform looks like something from the 90’s and not much can be accomplished in 10 minutes of talking. If you enjoy jumping between browser windows and not being on camera you might enjoy working here. When the pay works out to be $7/hour because of feedback it’s just not worth it.

I’d like to apply to this one; that email however; is this still the correct email to use? I got a kick-back when I tried to send my resume.

I’ve been able to see, in older position postings from other sites this email: mindsbizinc.@gmail.com; has this worked for ayone within recent months, by chance?
