All right is the worst ESL. You only communicate with a robot chatbox, there is no real person that exist there. They said the system closed my profile due to low conversion rate, wtf I have a high conversion rate and even got a bonus reward so why would the fucking system close my profile. All right system is very poor. They will blame your for their classroom and portal server failure. They claim I left the class 5 minutes early when the truth is, the classroom crashed and I cannot even access the main portal to report issue. Good thing I was able to save a screenshot and send it to them but still they want me to extend 5 minutes on my next lesson with the student to cover the 5 minutes server failure of their system, like wtf only uneducated and unprofessional will take advantage of their employers. They have a lousy system and poor communication with the team.

I agree with all these comments. Cheap labor camp, poor support, no pay raise, bad platform crushing all the time and they blame you as a teacher. Waste of time!!!!

Allright school is the worst school ever, they owe me my salary! By the way they pay peanuts but I earned it. The platform, classroom never works and parents blame you because it freezes during the lesson or they can’t hear you or can’t enter or see the lesson and attack you in the stupid chat box, stress… Bad treatment , bad salary, bad rating system , methodologist will rate you but they can barely speak English, 👎 they are uneducated and incompetent.

    Do not recommend!!!
Education is very poor. 2 months of English did not show results and a month of Spanish was just awful…
So we wanted to stop relationship . And here another headache came.
They charge me for another 12 lessons, while I still had 4 at my account. They then took all 16 lessons but refund only 12. So now I have 0 lessons on my account and they still owe me 25 euros. And the fighting is already get more than month. I just can’t get my money back. And now they decided that stolen amount is not enough and decided to charge me for additional 48 euros. From nowhere.

Do not give those guys money. Ever.

    Hello,

I have read all your comments and it is very sad as an educator to hear there are so many cases of disappointed educators.

I run a legit business teaching Spanish online to kids, teenagers and adults.

I am currently looking for Spanish native or near native, qualified to teach children. It is February 2022 and we need to close the va dótate by early march.

The schedule is from east to west coast late afternoon and weekday evenings. If you fit the profile and have a minimum of 1 year teaching Spanish to children online, please, contact me.

I myself conduct the interviews. If you or somebody you know may be interested, you can send me an email to info@languagemastergroup.com

    Thank you,

    Doctor Maria A. Torres

Hi! I’m really disappointed in this company. I speak Russian, English, German, and Spanish, have TEFL/TESOL (120 hours), and a BA in teaching English as a foreign language. Moreover, my teaching experience is more than 3 years. But they offered me the lowest rate ($4.75 per hour) which could be reconsidered in 6 months having 1k classes.

My experience with Allright started well I received my first payment on paypal ( every two weeks Monday/Tuesday) But when the second payment came around the money were no where to be seen…I passed it on as a mistake on their part. When the third payment “came” it came only be email paypal balance was zero, I lost my temper and went mad on them telling them I quit for good, so I canceled all my lessons let all the parents know that I’ve been working for free for the past 3 weeks, then they said a specialist will contact me about my payment, bs they always say they will contact you but they never do.

I have been saying this for years. Unfortunately, most you probably never see these posts and for those of you who do, you do NOTHING! While the FTC can do nothing about you submitting your info to a school (unless it is used illegally) it is YOUR responsibilty to NOT send info first! As many of you are noticing now, these worthless sites have no email to contact them about current hiring status. Also, the ones that have a CONTACT US that works, do not contact you. I have a very simple strategy, if you cannot contact a school before submitting anything, they are probably not worth the effort! For those of you ripped off (and I mean $$) by so-called idiots claiming to be legit (i.e. most of the schools in China), contact the FTC and report them. I am only one person, get it? Let’s get them out of business.

Shitty school, no respect towards teachers , customers (parents) are number 1 … The platform sucks, they will blame teachers(parents and school) and lie to parents. Support us useless. There are some teachers who lick their butts just to get more classes , and gossiping, doing shit. Don’t apply. It’s a waste of time and nerves. You will be mistreated and the pay is bad as well.

Very deceptive, they say they offer native Americans $18/h while they offered me $8/h after they wasted a lot of my time.

In their training video, they mentioned about “if you fail a class for any reason (example: internet issues), that class will be deducted from your salary PLUS a PERMANENT RATE REDUCTION”. Strangely, that information is not in the contract and when they are asked to explain that (among other really harsh stuff) they evade.

Moreover, be prepared for poor communication (no replies, questions “partially” answered) etc. Expect some lateness as well

I work for Allright.com. and I am super happy with them. The best time to get hired is September. They are mostly looking for NNES and offer about $10/h. NES get much more but they are not in high demand.

AllRight requires you to complete a lengthy profile on their website. They ask you to upload an introductory video, photos of your face, CV, and TESOL documents. They even ask you to email them a photo of your passport. Once you do that they will tell you they are not currently hiring. I asked them when was the last time they hired a teacher, and the response was, ” Unfortunately, we can’t provide this information.” I spent over an hour of my time jumping through their hoops, entrusted them with my confidential passport info, and they wouldn’t even answer a simple question. These guys need to learn what professional courtesy is all about. I just wanted to give everybody the heads up and possibly save you some time in case you’re considering applying to this school. Good luck!
