Waste of time applying for them. They don't value past experience at all.
Do they pay? Most companies do not consider past experience unless you have taught in the past and then, they know that you have been in the classroom.
I wish you could say more about the company.
Yes Greta, they know that I have tutored in the past, and in the classroom (ten years!!). I also did 2 and 1/2 years online tutoring with Booknook. Suffice to say it's more than enough for most tutoring companies out there. What more do I have to say? They don't value anything. My gut instinct tells me that they were looking for Caucasians only. I am assume they pay their workers if they are based in the USA. The states have more rigid standards for offering tutoring services than anywhere else.
