Naativ (out of business) is a brand new company from the USA. They want “American English” speaking teachers to teach Asian children. They pay $20 -$23 USD per hour before bonuses. Not much else is known about their requirements yet.

This was a total scam by scam artist Chris Welch. Meanwhile he’s started a MLM
This company has had very few bookings and most of those were curious parents. They just never took off. Not much going on and most teachers originally hired have moved on.
They never had a solid business plan or even a foot on the ground. The company hired a bunch of teachers and asked them to make videos for them, send them care packages for the kids without pay. They don't have any real students other than the people they pay. It's weird to start a company based on trying to manipulate teachers. Don't apply, it's not real!
