Lyngo is another company with Japanese students. They are looking for native level English speaker and Japanese speakers to teach English. No certificate or experience is required (they would be beneficial though). All teaching material is provided and their teaching times are from 5:00am to 1:30am Japanese Standard Time. They are really looking for teachers available from 8:00pm to midnight and weekends. You can work from 6 to 40 hours per week. Lyngo pays 1,100 Yen to 1,300 Yen ($10 – $12 USD) per hour, depending on the type of class and incentives. They pay through Paypal.

Hi Mike. Thank you for sharing with us about all these lovely online teaching companies. I am interested to apply on Lyngo but I'm not sure if they only recruit native English speakers. I am a coloured South African.
Hi Felicia, I am not sure if they are hiring South Africans... I really recommend European companies though, they don't discriminate very much.
How do you log in once you have joined? How do you get notified if students bookings?

I applied recently with this company and was told that they had nothing available for me at this time.
I have applied twice to them and both times got a cut and paste response back from "Jason" that also said they didn't have any positions. Kind of weird as I see all the time that they need Native English speakers.
Where (through what URL) did you apply? Lyngo.com is in all in Japanese, and I am a native North American English speaker who does not know Japanese.
