Lingo Turtle Review
Lingo Turtle <—- (Click here to Apply) is based in Belgrade, Serbia. They teach 25 minute, 1-to-1 classes to young learners (4-16). Teachers don’t need a university degree and only need a C1 level. You set your schedule, but you have recurring classes with the same students and the same times. You must work a minimum of 15 hours per week. They pay $7 USD per hour for working weekdays and $9 USD per hour for working on weekends.

Really? The website doesn't mention anything of the sort.
They are really good. I'm quite happy working for them. They pay $7 per hour in the begining(for the first 6 months), but you get $1 raise every 6 months, so after 6 months your base rate will be $8 etc. (it can rise up to $14 per hour). They work with chinese kids so we'll see what happens in the future due to the new chinese regulations...
