When you have to do a demo with a 60 year old Texan woman who won't put down her coffee - you know the odds are against you!!
Run far away. Do not pass go do not collect $200. They are the most unprofessionally run company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. First off, the schedule is anything but flexible. You commit to an entire semester and you are stuck with it wether you’re booked or not. Good luck with getting booked by the way. The training department does not know what they are doing, especially when it comes to the mock class to determine if you get hired or not. Some trainers fail everyone just because they can. When I did my mock, my trainer was over an hour late to do my class and was annoyed at me for making her late for her next mark. The environment and situation was so chaotic that it caused me even more anxiety than I normally would have. You have no idea what they really want and it depends on the person doing the final demo. The pay is just not worth the hassle. There are so many more proven reputable companies. Don’t go with one that is unorganized and then blames the teachers when they can’t get their stuff together.
Their scheduling is the opposite of flexible. They pressure you into committing to a schedule for an entire semester and you can't change your mind once you commit to the schedule. The only evening hours available are Friday/Saturday night if you're in time zones in North America. Other companies allow you to work when you want to. Not this one.
