GlobalEnglish is based in San Francisco, they have just updated their platform and it looks great. They specialize in business English and have both group and individual classes. They pay around $14 for individuals and $17 for group classes.
They are also working with Learnship.

Global English/Pearson was bought over by Training Express/Learnlight. Learnlight announced they will no longer be operating with GE after 2020, so don’t know if the company will still exsist.
